Certain publications say we’re out of the recession. What do you think?

No doubt about it, we’re all feeling the effects of a slow economy. Some more than others. However, now is not the time to cut back on marketing! If your prospects don’t know you can help them, they won’t buy from you when they are ready.

Today I found an article called “Why Exhibit During a Recession? Trade Show Tip of the Week” posted on ExhibitResources.com. The article is short and it’s worth reading.

Here’s an excerpt:

According to a recent study by CEIR, the Center for Exhibit Industry Research, exhibitions and events remained at the top of MarCom spending, accounting for 20% of the budget despite reductions in overall marketing spending.

Take a look at the complete article and let me know what you think.
